To see what we are attached to and don't want to change.
To become conscious of our expectations and preferences and how these create suffering through our resistance to change.
To confirm what really matters and what we really care about.
It's a time to test our faith and willingness to accept what is verses what we want.
To remain conscious and in acceptance.
To use this state of flux as an opportunity to become the change we seek.
