fear vs faith

We only have Fear in the absence of Faith.

Fear is a reflection that we are attached to our preferences and expectations. When we are attached, we fear loss or disappointment.

The more attached we are, the more Fear we have.

The greater our attachments, the greater our Fear of loss.

The greater our Fear of loss, the less acceptance we have of being disappointed.

Fear and disappointment create resistance.

The more resistance we have, the more Fear created.

To control our Fear we need to control our experience and avoid the potential loss.

Controlling our life = lack of Trust, lack of faith

We control the experience because we don't trust, accept or have Faith that control is not needed to avoid Fear.

We have Control in place of Faith to avoid disappointment.

Faith is the Opposite of Fear

The greater our faith and acceptance, the less attachment we have to our expectations and preferences and the less fear of disappointment.

Less attachment and more acceptance removes the Fear and the need to control our experiences.

Faith and acceptance is "everything is as it should be".

Let go of the preferences and expectations. Have Faith and Acceptance for every experience

Life offers the necessary experiences to create wisdom if we are willing.

Shanti
