Staying Connected
I feel we are being pushed, carrying a lot of pressure on ourselves and on others.
Everything is going so fast, with so much focus on production. What appears to be seems to have more importance than what is.
Everything becomes about confrontation: who speaks louder than the other, who is telling the truth and who isn’t. Constant opposition.
There are more and more people surrounding us, and not enough resources to adapt.

I wouldn’t suggest dimming our light, but I feel now is the time to keep it lit.
We are easily provoked. Nothing seems to go the way we want it to. And then, somehow, things happen that are even more provoking.
I blame the full moon when weird stuff happens during the day! In all honesty, I’d like to believe that they are signs.
Signs to stay connected to ourselves and acknowledge what is happening around us. Signs inviting us to listen to what the other is not saying. Signs reminding us to remain in the light while accepting who we really are.
I do not think the signs are there to tell us what to do. Perhaps they are here to make us pause. To take a breath, look around, notice and contemplate. In the middle of all this noise, there is still a quiet place within us. Maybe staying in the light doesn’t mean having all the answers. Maybe it simply means not losing ourselves while we are trying to find them.
